Policies
We believe in transparency. We don't want any unexpected fee's or charges taking you by surprise so here is our company policy for you to review....
• There is a $400 minimum on product purchases. This includes the sitting fee .
• Sitting fees are to be paid at the time of your studio/ location shoot.
There is a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before the your
scheduled session
• Advertised sitting and package price points are for 1 to 6 person(s). For a
group of 7 or more add $10 per each additional person up to $150. For location sittings with
studio lights, an additional fee of $25 will be charged.
• ALP will carefully choose images I think you will love most and will professionally edit 30 to 50 of these chosen
images.
• ALP will be post your proofs in an online gallery for you to review and choose from. Your gallery will be active for 2
weeks. If you have not placed your order in that time frame a fee is charged to re-post your gallery.
• ALP agrees to provide images to post on social media with the explicit understanding that the ALP logo is clearly
shown on the image. NO IMAGE IS TO BE TAKEN FROM THE INTERNET AND USED FOR PRINT OF ANY KIND. If it is discovered that non-purchased images have been used for prints/invitations/announcements etc. legal action could be taken.
• The client understands that in digital photography technical problems can occasionally happen and
although LIP takes every precaution to eliminate any unforeseen problems, they can take place. If
there is a problem with any equipment/weather/hard drive devises/or acts of nature LIP is not to be
held responsible legally or otherwise. When possible, LIP agrees to reshoot any photo session that
has had any said problems at not charge for the sitting.
• Payment for ordered prints is made when you receive your prints.
• Gift Certificates are to be paid up-front at the time of Gift Certificate purchase.
• All business transactions at LIP are in cash, check, money order or credit card.
